Greetings all! I hope the roads of the NW are treating you well and keeping you puncture free! Settling back into a routine life in VA has taken some time. For the first month I was living out of a suitcase at a friends place. Eventually my sea container arrived and I was able to move into my home at the beginning of April. Since then, I have been able to get back onto the bike and have gone on a handful of shorter, faster paced rides typical of the riding around me (30 miles, 19-20mph). I've met a new co worker who can handle himself on a bike and we will be getting out regularly on our own in addition to some of the club rides that we do. I haven't booked any challenges/tours for myself yet, but if/when I do, you can be certain that I'll be wearing FCC colors! Just let me know if you guys change the appearance :)
Hello to the FCC. I leave for Gran Fondo Pantani two weeks from today. My goal this year is to stay with you guys longer and finish on my bike and not in a bus. Fingers crossed, see you in Italy! I've moved my Website to http://www.sjparkerfam.org I'll post Pantani snaps there in a few weeks.
